Survivor in technology industry finds her niche

Growing up in a Vermont dairy town of 400 people, Ginger Clayton said she had to find creative ways to avoid boredom. Years of out-of-the-box thinking paid off after 9/11, when many of her competitors in the technology industry folded. At the time, Clayton was running two companies that didn't survive. Instead of packing it in, Clayton created a business plan designed to survive - and prosper - in a down economy.
