UBA eyes e-banking

After rolling out ATMs, e-statements and e-alerts products as part of its key e-electronic product platform, the United Bank for Africa plans to introduce VISA cards, mobile money point of sale (POS) and internet banking as part of its cohesive approach.
Prestige Banking Manager Tola Adebayo revealed this during a corporate dinner hosted by UBA at the Kampala Serena Hotel. UBA, which is headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria, now has six branches in Uganda in two in Kampala city, Kansanga, Ndeeba, and Jinja.
